December's Spotlight is online
Hello from Group Tour Media.
Welcome to the year-end holiday season and to the December issue of Group Tour Spotlight e-magazine. This month features Editors' Picks.
We concentrated on niche areas for our selections because that seems to be one of the ways tour operators are finding success these days. We have articles in the popular faith-based travel, fund-raising travel, and culinary travel categories as well as the more specialized Civil War Sesquicentennial. We've tossed in a couple of unique regional add-ons.
Cindi Brodhecker and I talked about the faith-based travel market in this month's Spotlight interview. Cindi is the president of Faith Travel Development & Consulting and is launching The Priscilla Woman's Tours, a company that will offer tours for women.
Don't forget to answer the survey question.
Group Tour Spotlight e-magazine provides informative articles, an interview with an industry leader, itineraries, and a video. If you click on one of the Subscribe Free links, you will receive a monthly reminder when the latest issue is published.
I appreciate receiving your feedback on Group Tour Spotlight and on the print editions of Group Tour Magazine and Student Group Tour. You can send me a note by clicking on the feedback link below. Thanks for reading and for helping us make Group Tour Media the place where great tours begin.
Here is wishing all of you a happy holiday season and a safe and prosperous new year.
David Hoekman
Managing Editor
P.S. Canada will be the subject of the January Group Tour Spotlight e-magazine.
